Works great with Rouvy but is apparently no longer compatible with Zwift (per swift support)
Hi Joe! Sometimes Zwift support isn't the most helpful since we're not on their support flowchart. If you're having problems with Zwift, send us a message at SmartSpin2k@gmail.com or via the shop.smartspin2k.com chat option. Most SmartSpin2k owners use Zwift, so I'm confident we can get you up and running.

Amazing, I was already a bit addicted to this bike but after adding the SmartSpin it’s a whole new thing. Tried both Zwift and Rouvy and haven’t had any issues with either.
Works very well. Turned my Peloton into a nice training bike. Very realistic rides. I'm using Rouvy and so far have been very impressed.
Best investment I have made regarding my health in years. Still figuring it all out.Trying to get it to work properly with Open Road. I currently use it with Mywoosh.
