I use it with regular Peloton. I was overthinking it when I started using thinking I needed to configure a bunch of stuff. Mainly you can just get on and ride. I've been using it with Rouvy and love it, and also tried it with MyWhoosh with success. I clamp an iPad to my handlebars because Rouvy doesn't show what resistance I'm at on the Peloton, which I do like (but it does carry through the output and knows what the resistance is, so all the functions of Rouvy (speed, inclines, output, etc) all work. The nice thing is it splits the feed, so all of that still feeds into the Peloton. So, I can use the Peloton 'just ride' in the background to still record a ride there and see what my resistance is while also running Rouvy on the iPad. Easy to pop off if you want it out of the way (my wife has no desire to use it and only wants Peloton classes).
Works perfectly. Easy to install. Makes riding with online apps much more enjoyable.
This thing is awesome. Super easy to install, immediately connects to the bike and workout app with no fuss, and insanely customizable via the companion app. Really impressive stuff!

I found this product by accident. Someone was selling one on eBay on a bowflex listing. I didn't buy that, but it lead me to doing some research on the SmartSpin2K. I purchased my bowflex C6 spin bike during the pandemic. I used it with Peloton classes. That was great until Peloton raised its rates. I canceled Peloton and stopped using the spin bike. The SmartSpin2K was easy to install. The hardest part was having to learn how use Zwift. It has converted my old spin bike into a smart trainer.

I love this thing. I have the peloton plus and using power meter pedals just to keep it consistent with outdoor efforts. This is GREAT for zwift. Very well made, simple to install, and the app really helps to fine tune everything. For those with peloton + bikes, I found that adjusting the power to 2.0 got it pretty close to assioma readings.
Absolutely perfect!! All my friends are on Zwift with trainers and I have a peloton bike. After reading multiple Reddit posts I bought the smartspin. I give it a 100 out of 1-10! It responds to the terrain and communicates with Zwift and the heart rate monitor easily. I was able to cancel my monthly subscription and join my friends real time on Zwift! Excellent product! Can’t say enough positive words!
Works great with Rouvy but is apparently no longer compatible with Zwift (per swift support)
